We're proud to be affiliated with the Northeast Ohio Green Building Initiative (NEOGBI). This voluntary residential green building certification program was developed by the home building associations of Northeast Ohio and the Green Building Initiative to promote and facilitate practical approaches to green construction.

Many things can make a home green, from planting shade trees to save energy to installing water-efficient plumbing. But, while green building is good for the environment, they also cost less to heat, cool and maintain, and — if you ever decide to sell — they're usually worth more.
